Took a listen to Arcade Fire. Pretty good. I may have to check out more. Bowie as an influence?

I've been in a heavy mood lately; skipping all the more mellow songs during my workout this morning. New Disturbed some and quite a bit of this year's COC release.

James Blunt is a bit of a legend - but Im stuck with U2 - Sometimes You Cant Make It On Your Own, cant stop playin it.

Coldplay - Fix You still makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up (esp with video) but I've played it a few too many times

as for me my favourite 'angry'..screw the world song...that would have to be Rage Against the Machine-Killing In The Name. A classic from my early university years lol.

fix you is a good tune, however have you heard a song on their latest album called 'What If' and the next one, called 'White Shadows'

now if you are after a romantic tune, that's what you need to be listening to.....it's track 2.

but the best tune on the album is white shadows...IMHO.... I like that acronym, In my humble opinion....how cool?!

James Blunt - Goodbye My Lover, is a great track, a bit depressin but another that makes u feel a tad teary.

Has to go for fav verse. But then theres:

white shadow is a really good tune too. actually i don't think coldplay has any tracks that i don't like. thats one of the great things about them u can listen to their cd all the way through and like everything on it
