Though I think the fun could really be the chosen tone and reveal:

1. Supernatural. She’s a siren, summoning people to her in an apartment that is actually not finished. MC isn’t the only person called and they have to survive the dangers of an unfinished building and the other suitors

2. Misunderstanding. She was teasing someone, but it wasn’t MC

3. MC has to keep going through hurdles to get to her, even fucking their way through multiple people to get access to her floor

I seem to vaguely remember a couple movies, one with Jimmy Stewart and the other with Shia LeBuf where both men were stuck in their respective homes with broken legs and witness a murder while looking out their windows and things go south from there for both.
