I did the same... but now they are fast approaching 32 and 38. Would be nice to have one or two to enjoy and spoil..

Morning Texas folks! Try to stay warm. I'm working in a barn all day. All bundled up and heading out for an exciting day of stable odors, and skinning deer and hogs.

I promise to take a shower before I come back on tonight.
 
Did I hear right that it's supposed to get COLDER as the day goes on? Whaaaaa. It's only November!

Oh, there were plenty of towel lined boxes placed in strategic locations around the house, as well as bowls of dry food for the regular strays, of which there are several.

Getting warmer here. Should make it into the mid 40's today and back into the 50's tomorrow.

Still to cold for November! I was thinking of headed up your way this weekend, but decided to stay close. If it's too cold to go out, what's the point?
 
This would be a really good day for making a stew or a soup.
Basically, anything that needs to simmer for hours to bring out the fullness of it's flavor (there are some people who might also cum under this particular category).

This would also be an awesome day for oven roasting/baking. Not to mention endless streams of hot toddies, Irish coffee, mulled &/or spiced ciders, etc.

Cold weather seems to bring out the hedonist in me.
