Hey MDaddy, I'm headed that way later today, and again next week for Christmas at the daughter's house.

Clear all the idiots off the freeways for me. And you can also drive some of the shoppers from the malls so I won't have to stand in lines.

So nice of you to run interference for me.

I got ya covered Tex no worries I got the cow plow on already. The Mall well Sir your on yer own there but what I could do is take all the ladies along drop em off and let everyone follow them around... orr just hand them the card and let em run amuck...

If my card survives Bass Pro Shops it will be a miracle.

I suggest you just give the ladies the card....and tell them to scoop you up from the bar at the end of the day. That's real Christmas shopping!

I went to SA just before Christmas the year before last to spend with family there... the ladies took me to the mall! And one of the sporting goods store and sears... OMG! I do my shopping early for a reason... I never go into a big chain or mall after thanksgiving... I thought I was going to die. I was sitting on the wall outside Victoria's place when the guys caught up with us.. fortunately is was an outdoor mall so there was fresh air to breath.

I was just reading through all of the new posts here and thinking how wonderful it is that there are so many sweet, sexy, funny, amazing, and wonderful people right here in Texas. It's fun knowing you are all close by and that I could literally run into one of you today and not know it. I'll admit that I occassionally meet someone and think, "He/she reminds me of (insert Litster here)." Maybe I have met a few of you. Or maybe I will see one of you today. Okay, I'm a dork.

Not a dork at all VT. I think it would be interesting for us all the recognize each other at the same time, in the same store. We might even find time for a Christmas "toast" with our previously unknown friends.

I agree, there are lots of good people on here, and yes, we could be walking by someone in the malls that we say hello to each day. Even more, it's nice to know friends are close by in case we need them. One of the perks of lit is the understanding we are not on a solo flight through life. We have friends! And, I might add, we have discovered GOOD friend in lit.

Not bad shoot I left for SA at like 5am stopped at McD's for an hour (past some time filling out Christmas cards for my team in SA) didnt get back to house till 4pm lol (NE of Dallas)

I miss NC. I miss the country. I miss trees and critters and enough land I could run my fat ass naked through the field and the neighbors wouldn't even notice. I miss creeks and front porches. But most of all I miss being able to leave my home unlocked. The fact that I have to lock everything up, put in a door bar, triple latch the enclosed patio...

It bothers me.
