Minimal dairy. The coconut milk is very nutritious, and not actually very coconutty to taste at all.

Aside from grain intolerance, I'm a bit of a health nut.

If you want an av with that necklace, probably not.
If you want an actual, real-life necklace like that, maybe, but it won't be cheap.

I know someone who probably could make you one, but that means materials plus labor, plus shipping, assuming said someone would be interested in making it.
