That Ricky Gervais

No change there then.

While referring to films that had not made the cut this year, one of those was the Jim Carrey and Ewan McGregor film I Love You, Phillip Morris, featuring, as he put it, 'two heterosexual actors pretending to be gay. '
Gervais then added: 'Sort of the complete opposite of some famous Scientologists then'.
'Oooooooo,' went the audience, before Gervais added: 'My lawyers helped me with the wording of that joke.'

I am not ashamed to say I have a big crush on Ricky.

He introduced to us the little round headed buffoon that is Karl Pilkington, got to love him for that.

i think it's cute that they picked a guy to host a show who is famous for making an incredibly uncomfortable show full of awkward, non-pc humor and now people are getting pissy because he made a bunch of awkward, uncomfortable and not so pc jokes. in short, fuck them. what the fuck did they expect?

Absolutely true. Who would watch it otherwise?

great, now many of those people will be back in rehab soon! at least we get to watch some of then on Celeb Rehab with Dr. Drew!

nothing more painful than the truth....those people (most of the ones Ricky made fun of only make 20 million a year so these are just holding on...some could say that they are homeless....)

He's a one!

His show Extras is hilarious. Not very well-known though.

The Office was really good and his animated show is funny for the most part. I didn't see the awards show but I was really disappointed in his stand up special on HBO. I like mean humor and I like non-PC jokes but you have to have more than one note.

There's a new BBC comedy called "Episodes" about a British husband and wife team transferring their hit British sitcom to an American network. It has Simon Mangan and Tamsin Greig, both fantastic. And Matt LeBlanc playing hinself as a total arsehole. Well worth a watch when it eventually gets over there.

And he freaking told everyone very publicly that he was going to go farther this year, because they invited him back after last year. What did anyone expect?

I saw Matt LeBlanc was in it and immediately decided I wouldn't watch it. I have two daughters and suffer from FRO

So... are we gonna talk about how he burnt Hollywood down, pissed in their ashes, and fisted it down their throats at the 2020 golden globes?
