I've just not had to do these things. They were taken care of by my husband. Now I do have to do them and I am unconsciously incompetent (I don't know what I don't know.).

I had a weekend of testing how long I can go without meds doing chores I do feel a little better than Friday, but not sure I'm up to par yet

It's a light allergy that affects my autoimmune disease. I've never been tested though. I don't have the signs for it.

If you don't have gut issues, you're probably not celiac. However, your autoimmune disease may be causing a sensitivity to wheat and other substances.

Good morning OM and any other early risers. I feel better today with a good night sleep. I was not in a good mood yesterday feeling sorry for myself and alone all while helping my sister dealing with her husband’s failing health.

I am getting ready for Grandpa’s taxi run. I had a large cup of coffee. “Today is a gift” and looking forward to finding it. It’s out there!

Unfortunately, there is. It’s gross.

When we had a new one put in, the excavator told us to clean it 2x a year. Of course I forgot about it and it caused an issue.
