G’night all.

Long and busy day. Had a very tough visit with my mom later in the day. I was able to clear my head a bit and break out my bow and do a little target shooting just before nightfall.

Saw “Meet the Parents” tonite. It was just what we needed, some mindless humor. College football to round things out.

Happy Saturday. Up, coffee, fed cats, one vomity noise which isn't investigated - yet - and we get sun and it warms up a bit today. Still no offers on the job front. Didn't hear back from the one I got a bit excited about - yet. It ain't dead until it's dead. TDK is over there, eyeballing me.

Good morning all. Hope you are all sleeping soundly. Early Sundays in rural France is when the world is at its quietest. Most businesses closed yesterday lunchtime and many will not re-open until Tuesday morning. Right now there is not a single sound to be heard or a light to be seen for 20 miles. Bliss!

Good Morning! I had such a hard time sleeping last night. I think my longest span was 4 to 7 this morning. I had insomnia. I hadn't had that in a long while. And my last cup of jo was early. I have a little over an hour drive today, so this should be fun with lack of sleep and back. I'll be the only one sleeping in the waiting room today lol.

Nah... because I let them sip water as it passed and would coach swallow swallow swallow..... then 8 would suck it all back out and give them a big hug and wash their face. Older folks took it like a champ

I did that with my conscious patients. With the intubated ones, I used a laryngoscope and Magill forceps to keep the tube from following the ETT.

Oh it’s lovely I am missed thank you! It’s why I love you all so much.

To be honest inhale been having a break. The emotion and everything with my new grandchild and daughter left me feeling washed out. I had all the Remembrance stuff to come back to. I also had both covid and flu jags on Monday and dentist Tuesday. I decided not to go on the hill again until yesterday but rest. I also had two weeks paperwork to sort.

So here I am..I went on the hill yesterday…the dogs were a little wayward after the break but it happens. Today.

I haven’t bothered catching up I just don’t have time. Good to be back!
