With that out of the way, got up early to take the girls to the movies today. Did I say early? Left the house at 0930, bought snacks at the Walmark (hillbilly around here for Walmart). Arrived at the mall just in time to buy tickets, drinks and popcorn. We had our choice of good seats and proceeded to set up in the powered recliners to enjoy the show when all of a sudden it gets real cold on the theater. So much so that I start fidgeting. While doing that through half the movie, I discovered a tiny little button under recliner controls. Turns out the seats are heated. Ok, ok, but I've never been to a theater that heated seats. Passed the info down the row to the rest of my brood and was the hero of the morning.
Got home in time to start thawing out burger meat for dinner. Burgers, brats, and dogs again.
I love my daughters and we are spending the rest of the night playing Roblox (I usually get my butt stomped btw).
Tomorrow: Payback! HOUSE CLEANING Muahhahaha!

UPDATE: Yep, they trounced me. Ganged up on me and wouldn't let me up. I don't know who taught them that ( I did.). Extra chores tomorrow for sure. 😈

I am so sorry for the Freudian slip Lili…..it has been corrected for those that didn’t catch it and I see some of you did……leaves bright red and embarrassed and fiddling with his iPad to turn off autocorrect,
 
Please will all bar members accept my apologies for the typo in a recent post due to autocorrect and my inability to spot it. The breach of Bar Rules was inadvertent and for which I am extremely embarrassed. I don’t even know how the word got into my autocorrect…….

I am happy to accept any punishment coming …..(checks the spelling again before posting)

Emotionally drained, came home and atttemted to take a nap, when the phone rings, and it’s our son with the granddaughter squealing in delight. A kitty had somehow gotten onto the back porch and they were out playing with her! She’s not a tiny kitty but a young cat. Buffy colored tabby. We are all in love. 😻.

Soooooo….she doesn’t have a collar, never been seen in these parts, but isn’t feral. In fact she was quite calm around a 18 month old. Which tells me she’s been around humans. Son was asking me what to do…I think first, take her to vet to see if she’s tagged, then put up some Lost Kitty Found posters?

Any other hints to attempt to find the rightful owners? She’s found a home if she’s a true stray😁. SWhoMBO, even offered to take her if they can’t keep her.

Baby excitement is just SOOOO contagious! If you don't get to keep the cat, I hope your son's family visits a shelter to get one. 🥰

Right now, I'm just rolling with it. I figure I can work on my sleep hygiene in a few weeks when the meds have worn off.

I do need to try to get some sleep tonight. My boat guy is coming to fix the cover on my boat tomorrow. The stanchions keep falling over. I bought a new pole set with cables which should help.
