Are you from New Zealand?Good day - even with all of the shear puns.![]()
This is very similar to a math word problem.
The answer, as with many of life's questions, is pie!
Yes… and they were created by Murphy.
1. They will always shear when it’s most inconvenient.
2. They will shear when it’s getting dark or is fully dark out. The light will always be poor when a shear pin shears.
3. They will shear when the weather is the most inclementest. (super cold out, wind is whipping. Etc)
4. They will shear for the flimsiest small branch or for no real reason at all. Usually because they just want to.
Granted. I have learned my lesson and always have extras on hand.
I’m starting a new band: The Fuckin Shear Pins.
Actually from old zealand! Are you from New Zealand?![]()
How would you have pulled him over? Flash your lights I guess. Don't most vehicles these days have a warning light for when a bulb is out?I am off to corporate Zombieland this morning. Have fun everybody.
Funny moment today. As I pulled out of our road onto the main road, a cop car passed me. I got behind him and his left tail light was out. I was going to pull him over and give him a warning, but he was speeding.
Over the years we have had several furry friends. It is always hard to let them go but it is the best thing for them rather than have them suffer. Our vet told us we we would know when it was time. They let you know.Old dog has liver disease as well as sundowner syndrome. Getting old is a pain. Maybe time for doggie hospice.
He was going to our Township grade school. I wasn’t really gonna pull them over anyway, as I was running late for work. How would you have pulled him over? Flash your lights I guess. Don't most vehicles these days have a warning light for when a bulb is out?
I was able to sleep for onece but I did take melatonin last night. Early is relative but I try to get at least 7hrs which has been a struggle.Morning all.... up too early
That's sad. I understand that water immersion helps relieve pain and stiffness if that's something you can accommodate. Might give the old dog a tail wag or three.Old dog has liver disease as well as sundowner syndrome. Getting old is a pain. Maybe time for doggie hospice.
HiGood morning MissK. Only 6 hours of deep Sleep. It’s enough but my sleep is being disrupted by my old dogs sundowners. I am still working with him to get back to a better routine.
It’s cold this morning: 5F and windchill below zero.
Nothing really planned
I went to bed at like 830....I was able to sleep for onece but I did take melatonin last night. Early is relative but I try to get at least 7hrs which has been a struggle.
