Ok here goes.

So 100 years ago people weren't sick. People used cast iron pans to cook we drink groundwater that wasn't cleaned with chlorine we ate foods that were in season or canned in season. And we were also limited by location right, so people in Minnesota didn't get food from California very easily, or if it was there it was limited supplies and extremely expensive. They didn't get bananas, because bananas were grown in a tropical climate. Once we figured out how to artificially ripen and prevent ripening of food with chemicals we stopped using cast iron pans started using microwaves started eating foods that was out of season or soy all the sudden we have cancer is coming up and all these other problems then we start getting processed food and everybody's getting fat and having big guts and developing diabetes and metabolics syndromes and Alzheimer's and all these other diseases. I'm not saying that they didn't exist, but what I'm saying is that they didn't exist to the extent that they do today. My family goes to a doctor who his job is as a family doctor, and he's also bored certified in cardiology. He's specialty that he really loves to do is to look at minerals vitamins and things like that that you are deficient in and to prevent disease. So he also has some rules about food. He is curing cancer. I had a friend that was stage 4 melanoma and he was told by another doctor to get his Affairs in order. He went to doctor Ackerman changed his diet started taking supplements and his cancer went away. So here are some of the rules

1. No soy no soy no soy. It has a plant estrogen and that is why women are getting breast cancer
2. No chicken..there is a thing in their liver that prevents them from processing corn..... so it all comes to you
3. Plant oils are the devil. They cause inflammation everywhere in your body. Inside and out....
4. No green tomatoes or bananas. There is a natural plant latex that normally what needs to happen is that it ripens on the vine and then falls off you pick it up from the ground and eat it so the bananas that come from South America Green have not had the chance for the natural plate latex to go up into the plant and leave the what we're eating. And so all these people with latex allergies is coming from the green unripened food that we were eating and so we are over indulging in latex and it's causing us to have reactions to latex
5. Fish oil needs to be majorly 3 but if you look at the bottle there is 2x as much omega 6.... omega 6 is plant oils (see above)
6. Eat food in season. Canned is better than fresh in the winter months.....

There is more but all I can think of.
 
So tonight the Lions Club I belong to catered to dinner for bigwigs within the organization. I made two big pans of lasagna, and I did about a billion dishes. Literally 4 hours of dishes. There was like I don't know two pans and just some scatter stuff. I put my rag down and I walked away I said I retire. Now my legs hurt so bad and are aching. So if someone can come and rub my legs and feet for me for a couple hours I would appreciate it. No takers?

I had an oil change once where they "forgot" to put the gasket back in... they ate the tow charge. I only got a few miles away before the warning light came on. I pulled over and called them. They came and got me and the car and had to redo the whole dang thing.
I was very lucky my engine wasn't damaged!!
Other people's bullcrap I tell ya :mad:

Compression stockings help but they don't work miracles... I've learned I really need to limit the amount of time I stand on hard surfaces like cement and tile w/o relief.
