Best choc chip cookies i have ever made. Mixed with my hands ... ran out of all purpose flour so used half gluten free 1:1 flour. So yummy perfect chewy texture...

The only thing is some of them were a little flat... i think there was some butter not mixed in....

Now to find someone else to eat them

I started drinking matcha tea at night. I like it. Almost has a peppery taste.

I tried matcha for the first time last year after the ubiquitous promotional campaign by the Matcha Marketing Mafia.
I felt that pouring it down the drain was too soft a fate for it. It probably deserved to be shot by firing squad!

If you try them again, and do a 50/50 mix of semi sweet and milk chocolate chips. I think the chip mix makes them a lot better!
