The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

We're around the same here. 110 total load. I think that leaves about 90 for snow. Although I did have them bump up the trusses on the attached. Everything on the house lands on the attached due to prevailing winds. And I ain't shoveling.
I know it’s a serious topic…

But you said load.

I finally caught up after being AWOL for a couple of days! My, you lot are prolific! My OCD compelled me to finish.

Went to the gym today.🏋️‍♀️💪🦵 Left a sweaty, limp mess!🥵 She worked me HARD today! But I did it! I'm so stoked when I try everything she wants me to do. Today I surprised both of us by requesting to do something I was initially reluctant to do! 🤯

It's after midnight now and nearing the witching hour for me. So, now I need to take myself and the pup to bed. Have a great long weekend, everyone! 💖✨💝
Sounds Mike a good workout, Lil!

Butt…You said hard…

I’ve been this way all My life, so it’s just normal to me. Even my Mcas stuff was, fir examples I didn’t find out until I was 53 that other people don’t get hives or splotches after taking a shower and you can prevent them with medication.
At my first appointment with The mass cell specialist, he would ask me these questions, like does this happen and I’d answer yeah but that’s normal, and he’d say not normal. This went on for like 30 minutes. I left the appointment totally shocked that I was so different for the norm because I guess I self defined normal by myself.
I also have big platelets because they won’t die on time. I usually take about 20 mins to clot on a good size cut, I gave myself 2 hrs since I actually removed part of my thumb, and then called for help.
It is bad that it took so long to find out your medical issues but great that you did find out before you got into you senior years. Problems tend to get worse as you get older, or so I have heard!

The purpose of a tourniquet is to stop massive bleeding from a limb. They are usually needed when the person has an arterial bleed.

A lay person should not loosen or remove a tourniquet once placed.
This wasn't massive bleeding but there was a deep cut and a bandaide wouldn't stop it and neither did pressure. I had first aid training as a Boy Scout and it is just a faint memory. I do recall going to an advanced training camp for Boy Scouts and they tought us how to do a tracheotomy, I am still thinking no way would I ever do it.
I had to do the Heimlich on a guy I worked with,he had food lodged in his throat and it popped right out.

Ahh.

Been running Sparkfun red boards in place of Uno wherever USB stability is needed. USB data logging on legit Uno barfs sometimes. FTDI on the red board solves that.

Getting to be a real fan of the teensy 4, it's stoopid fast. Don't even have to count cycles, it's fast enough to allow lazy programming.
Omg my eyes and brain is smoking.....
