I tried liquid iv yesterday and i cant do it. To me it tastes like colonoscopy prep

It tastes awful to me, my dad hated it too. I drink schwinchers grape diluted in about 8-10 oz of water.

Caught up once again.

Today was a bittersweet day. I picked up the hearts I commissioned from a local glass artist. She made two blue hearts with my husband's ashes blown into them. She also made a smaller pink heart with glitter in it to signify me. Her fiance made display stands for them. One is a dual stand for my heart and my husband's heart. The other is a single stand to hold the other blue heart. I'm giving it to my SIL.

I'm putting the dual stand on one of my floating shelves. I need to figure out how to backlight it as it's pretty dark right now.

I try to put some thoughtful, and reflective ones up. And include some racier ones for those that enjoy them. I hope but I know I may offend some with some of them. But I hope there's a good variety. And at least one or two can be appreciated and enjoyed. In March I'll be here 2 years. I know I can be a little rough around the edges, but there's not one of you that I wouldn't defend. Either your opinions, or you all individually.

I’m going to watch some Olympics and spend some time with my GF. I’m taking it easy.

Our friend Elon made some cuts to staffing and closed some offices. I have never had any issues over the years. Dr. Oz is in charge of Medicare now and the prostpect of AI running it has me concerned.
