Ally watches in shock as Tommy is arrested. She glares at her ex boyfriend, she can't believe he would sink this low. She looks at her ex, "grow up and be a man. You will never replace Tommy as he is the love of my life." Ally makes sure she yells that Tommy is the love of her life so he can hear how much she loves him. Ally slams the door and goes to call his agent and tell him what is going on.

His agent goes to meet Tommy down at the police station, while Ally drives down there as well. She sees her ex there as well and she sneers at him, "you couldn't get me to come back to you so you had to try and bait Tommy." As Ally talks she realizes, "you purposely kissed be just to try and bait him didn't you?" Ally has an incredulous look on her face, she never thought he would be so pathetic, "you knew I didn't want you so kissed me just to make him mad." As Ally her ex smiles, "of course I tried to bait him by kissing you, I knew you didn't want it, and obviously it worked."

As her ex talks a police officer overhears, "Ma'am, do you wish to press charges for assault against this gentleman?" Ally looks at her ex as she sees the realization come over his face that he could be in deep trouble, "what do you say? Are you going to grow up and drop these stupid charges or should this nice officer take you back as well?" Her ex thinks about it for a second, "no fine, I baited Tommy trying to get him to punch me." The police officer nods, "ok, I will get him out of the back. I suggest the two of you stay away from each other." Ally nods, "I plan to, Tommy and I are going to be moving to Chicago together."

Ally waits until Tommy comes back out and she runs to him, "I am so sorry baby, he is totally out of here." Ally softly kisses his lips, "are you ok? There will be no repercussions from my ex or from the police, let's go back to the condo so we can finish packing and get ready to head to Chicago.

As they arrive at the condo Ally is shocked that everything is almost all packed and loaded into the truck. The head mover comes over and tells them, everything is packed up and will be dropped off in Chicago in two days time, which gives Ally and Tommy time to get to Chicago and find a house. Ally turns to Tommy, "well baby, ready to start a new adventure with me? Let's go find us the perfect house."

Ally and Tommy decide to fly to Chicago and when they land a car is waiting for them with a realtor who will help them find the perfect house. Ally grins as she tours house after house with Tommy and is amazed at the different houses Tommy picked out. They reach the last house, it is a little bit more than Ally wants to spend, but she can't deny it is perfect for them. Ally looks up at Tommy, "it is perfect, the private backyard, with a pool and hot tub, a movie room, a game room, it is perfect. Can we get it?"

Tommy is seething as he sits in the back of the police car. "Hey Tommy?" The police officer looks back at him, "I'm sorry man, but we have no choice, we didn't realize it was you." Tommy can see the officer is sincerely sorry, but it doesn't make a difference, this could really hurt Tommy's reputation and career, even end it. The officer looks a bit sheepish, "I hate to ask this, but is there any way I could have an autograph? My son is Tommy too, and you are his favorite player."

Tommy loves kids, but he can't help but smile at the irony. "Sure, I will make you a deal. Can we get the cuffs off as we go into the station, there will be photographers there, there always are, I am not going to be able to completely keep this out of the papers and TV." The guy seems to know Tommy is a decent guy, and so he is able to walk into the station not looking like a total criminal. Once inside he asks the policeman for his address, and he signs an autograph to his son, but also promises to send an autographed picture. Tommy knows a few pictures were taken of him, but hopefully they can keep it under wraps as to what happened.

Tommy is kept in a private room, rather than the cell when his agent walks in. Tommy looks up, "I fucked up, I didn't mean to, you know this isn't me!" Tommy has a temper, but never does anything without being provoked. "I know, but this is serious. You are going to have to meet with the Chicago GM and probably the commissioner, they don't like stuff like this." Tommy can't believe how fast the league found out. But he understands, he has worked so hard to be a Captain and leader and feels it is all at risk.

Tommy is thrilled when he finds out the charges have not been filed, and he wonders what Ally did, for she must have done something. He is thrilled to hear that asshole is gone and he didn't blackmail Ally in some way. It would kill him if she had to do anything with the ex. "Thank you, I still need to go to Chicago next week and talk with the GM and Commissioner." He can see the worry in Ally's face, but there isn't anything Tommy can really say, he is worried too!

Tommy tries to put the bad stuff out of his mind, in either case, he wants to leave St. Louis and get off to a new start with Ally. Tommy likes the same house as Ally, the bedroom is huge, and Tommy even jokes, whispering to Ally, "We could even put in a stipper pole, so my favorite dancer could give me private shows!" The house is expensive, but perfect. Tommy has saved his money, but if he gets cut, they will need to be careful as Tommy doesn't know how much work there will be for him, if the fight goes public. "Yeah...but wait..." Tommy asks the realtor to leave them alone for a minute, and Tommy takes Ally out to the backyard and pool.

He suddenly pulls her into his arms and gives her a long and sexy kiss, their tongue meshing and their bodies pressed together. "Yep, I just wanted to check and make sure this was a good place to kiss you as I intend to kiss you a lot out here." Tommy smiles and winks, there is nowhere on earth he can think of that would be a bad place to kiss Ally. Tomorrow he will meet with the Chicago GM, today is for them. "Let's make an offer and then let's go grab dinner...I want to make sure we have a good meal before we head back to the hotel!"
