The Biden Impeachment Is Coming?

The corrupt orange traitor, while PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, withheld information from the Capitol Police and Homeland Security that he was going to order his J6 rally crowd to march in the Capitol.

That ^ is a treasonous act.

Full stop.

Europeans latest to provide evidence undercutting Joe Biden story about firing Ukrainian prosecutor

Biden's story has been that he threatened to withhold loan to Ukraine only because prosecutor Shokin was not meeting anti-corruption standards. His own State Dep't said otherwise, now evidence shows that the EU concluded Shokin had met ‘benchmarks’ on anti-corruption reforms.

A week after then-Vice President Joe Biden began pressuring Ukraine to fire its chief prosecutor in late 2015 by withholding U.S. loan guarantees, the European Union reached internal consensus in a memo saying that Prosecutor Viktor Shokin’s office and the country at large had met its goals for fighting corruption, organized crime and human trafficking.

The newly revealed memo directly undercuts the narrative crafted by Democrats during Donald Trump’s first impeachment and sustained during the 2020 presidential election, namely, that Biden fired Shokin over U.S. and European concerns that he wasn’t fighting corruption aggressively enough.

At the time, Shokin was investigating the activities of energy company Burisma Holdings. And Hunter Biden -- who had no experience in the energy industry -- was being paid at least $83,333 a month by Burisma.

“Based on these commitments, the anti-corruption benchmark is deemed to have been achieved,” the European Commission, a key governing body of the EU Parliament, declared in a December 18, 2015 report that gave a generally rosy assessment of Ukraine’s pace of reforms and specifically the efforts of Shokin’s Prosecutor General Office.

Everything Trump was impeached for Joe has done, and more.
This is the first time this document has been presented. Every quote from European officials I've read up until now said that they wanted him out and asked Biden to intervene.

No mobs have rioted since J6. So no mobs to incite but what he said is protected by the First Amendment. I didn't say the Supremacy Clause gave him carte blanche did I? I said it prevents him from being tried in state courts for actions he took as President. This phony case by Big Fani will not survive the appellate process.
More names added to the Fulton county grand jury list. I guess Fani won’t be happy till she indicts all 71 +million Americans that voted for Trump. :D

No just the ones who were involved in J6 mostly. If we let Trump walk we might as well admit the law doesn't matter for shit.

And ineedhelp1 wonders why decent, intelligent people consider them a histrionic dumbfuck.

I not sure you saw this article but it describes the behind the scenes activities by our state department just before the Europeans jumped on board the* Shokin doing his job*train.

No.
The damning indictment for 71m is - you voted for trump.

No.

It could also be said as:

You??? Voted for trump???
You voted for trump!?
You voted for…. trump???
You voted for trump.

However it is stated, there should always be the sound of a sad trombone following.

Greg Kelly over at Newsmax shows what Big Fani was hiding and how she is the criminal in Georgia:

Greg Kelly: (reading Fani’s charges) “On or about December 2020, David James Schaffer committed the felony offense of impersonating a public officer by unlawfully falsely holding themselves out as the duly elected and qualified presidential electors with intent to mislead the President of the United States Senate into believing that they actually were such officers by placing in the United States mail to said persons document titled certificate of the Votes of the 2020 Electors from Georgia.”

Now here’s the thing. Fanny Willis. She’s got evidence. We know the discovery process has already started and we know what she has. We know a portion of it at least. And there’s a transcript from a meeting of the Georgia electors, the Republicans.

And, Schaffer points out that “President Trump has filed a contest. He’s contesting the returns. That contest is pending and has not been decided or even heard by any judge with authority to hear it.”

Now in that case, Shaffer goes on to say, “And so in order to preserve his rights, it’s important that the Republican nominees for presidential elector meet here today and cast their votes.”

It’s a contingency, right? If he prevails in court, if he wins that election. And at that point it was still up in the air. This is totally valid. This is what’s called politics. This is not impersonating a public officer. That’s when somebody buys a cop uniform and starts pulling over people to get their kicks. This is not that and it’s such a shame. David Shaffer… I’m sorry. Good luck to you, sir. Fanny Willis I think she’s the criminal.

Cross examination at the trial will be interesting if it stays at state level.

Trump sent Giuliani to Ukraine to find dirt on Hunter Biden over three years ago, and he found nothing.
So if we buy what Shokin is saying now, we have to accept that Trump and Giuliani are incompetent goons.

Cross examining who? What?
I carefully looked through the list of those indicted individuals and found that it consisted 99% of republicans. Who the hell knows what Kanye’s rep is?! He sure as hell wasn’t running as a D.

Oh, I get it - you’re wanting to see in a real courtroom the prosecutors to be put on trial.
Haha! I salute and acknowledge your graduation from the HisArpy school of Lawyerly Lawyering & Things of That Legalistic Nature.

Trump sent Giuliani to Ukraine to do an investigation???
WTF!
And here I am still waiting to hear from the detective he sent to Hawaii.

I did see a story saying the same thing, maybe even that one. I thought I posted the interview with Shokin as well. Maybe not but you're right about our slimy State Department, notice the names that pop up. like Victoria Nuland and Eric Ciaramella (Schiff's famed "whistleblower").

Well even if it goes to a federal court Big Fani will still be the prosecutor, I believe. The question is, will a federal judge allow this Schrade to go forth?

He probably won't be found guilty but that shit isn't gonna fly. No mobs have rioted since J6, what does that matter? What he said and what he did are different. Fighting words are not protected.
It means you can't accuse him of inciting a riot every time he says the election was stolen. He is free under the law to say it. Big Fani and the left cannot criminalize political speech in the US, nor can they use the RICO statute to do so either.

One isn't enough for you? Watch them do just that by the way.

They aren’t. Haven’t you figured that out yet?

Trump says that the charges violate his 1st Amendment rights, but none of them do. He and you are either lying or don’t understand.

RG can follow the Trump and right wing spin of this being a 1a issue to their heart’s content. The indictments acknowledged and anticipated this. Dumb is what it would be called for the defense to continue to follow into the trap that the prosecution has set, but - what other defense does the orange one have (my opinion) other than claiming ignorance or senility?

One isn't enough for you? Watch them do just that by the way.
BS, Sean. The only lawlessness that's going on is the Democrat lynch mob attacking their political opponents and our freedom to choose our leader.

Fact. No one stopped you from choosing Trump as the Republican candidate. Americans voted in a majority for Biden and he also won the electoral college.

BS, Sean. The only lawlessness that's going on is the Democrat lynch mob attacking their political opponents and our freedom to choose our leader.
Nothing they are doing is against the law and the courts will see that out even if he doesn't get convicted. We chose our leader and yourside lost. Inciting a mob is illegal full stop. And the fact that he and the others have dialed back the rhetoric and nobody has done anything since means just that. The rhetoric has been dialed back and moved on to other things. Trump isn't out there everyday saying we got robbed, the only way they could win is if they cheat, Covid is a plandemic and will magically vanish after the election (that turned out well)

I'm so sorry you have no clue that this behavior is unacceptable. Thought while not from Trump the rhetoric kicking back up now claiming that if Trump is removed from ballots because of the 14th amendment this will be the last election decided with ballots not bullets. We'll see if it gets any real traction but that is exactly why we have to punish this behavior. By doing nothing we encourage it.

The largest crowd Trump got for his indictments was for the first one in New York City and the overwhelming majority of that crowd was there to mock his ass! Ty Michael Rapaport!
There’s been no more upheaval from MAGATs because after J6 trump didn’t pardon a one of them! Lol. Instead, he pardoned Steve Bannon, who bilked these rubes out of millions with the fake wall scam.
RG is free to go to Atlanta and oppose this indictment but he ain’t gonna.
Neither is anyone else of these idiots - proving that they do actually can learn and evolve.
