I have gone back and forth with this case. The judge just gave Oher a solid win and she jas far more informationthan the peanut galleries. If the Tuohy's can't account for the money in a fair and equitable way...they will be seeing the inside of a jail cell. Or....they can buy their way out. I think this is what happens. It will be settled out of court for an undisclosed amount of money.
