There are those panties that are often ample but have such sheer cloth that they are virtually transparent. They seem to come in blue, white, or black (based on photos I've seen). The skirt was completely parallel to the ground, like a figure skater in a twirl. For about one second I had a clear shot as she had nothing on under the skirt. She just pulled it down as I drove past.

To digress a bit, as a teenager I was fascinated with women's figure skating. They wore panties of course, but they had no qualms about showing them off. I especially liked it when they skated backwards and thrust their behinds into the air. An man, did they have beautiful, strong legs. The weird thing is that I actually learned something about figure skating from watching it.

I could imagine someone staging bottomless figure skating as a money-making stunt. And I remember the bottomless cheerleader on the cover of National Lampoon's yearbook parody in the 1970s. Hard to believe that the chick must be at least sixty-years-old by now, but then so am I.
