"Sorry, if I seemed forward," I lied," Just that I just checked in, haven't even seen my room yet and it was awfully quiet in here."
Why the hell haven't I learned any patience, yet? I thought to myself. Actually I was anxious to get this duffel bag safely up to my room and locked up, I felt uncomfortable carrying it around with me. I tossed a $50 on the bar, "Heya hun," I spoke to the bartender, "Take our drinks outta this and gimme the rest of that Johnnie, will ya?" "Britney, may I call you Britney?, I'm in room 420, come on over for a couple more drinks, a soak if you like, and well,..... I've got some other party favors here, if you go that way....., Hope to see you soon." I bent down and gave her a quick little peck on the cheek. "Trust me, I won't hurt'ya," I whispered in her ear. She smelled terriffic.....
I grabbed my duffel bag, the bottle of Johnnie Walker and sauntered out of the lounge, toward the lobby and the elevators.
"...4th floor, exit right, 2nd door on you left, Sir," the bellhop had said when he gave me my keycard... Getting off on the 4th floor the hallway was grand, laviously appointed in every way. Oriental rugs, brilliant works of art, and large etched mirrors lines the walls. I took a right and headed down the hall. It was quite a walk, "Man, these must be some large suites," I thought to myself. Finally reaching the second door on the left, I slid my card in the electronic lock, heard the requisite click and opened the door.
"Magnificent," was the only word to describe the room. There was a giant built in entertainment system, racks loaded with CD's and DVD's, a couple of overstuffed sofas, loveseats, and recliners, a very long maple bar, surrounded by mirrors. Curtains covered the entire back wall, I slid one section open to discover a very large deck/patio area with a 6 person jacuzzi, tables, benches, another smaller bar, and tables and chairs. "Party central", I thought, "this'll work." Back inside, I walked down the hall, found a massive bathroom with a small jacuzzi, shower, large dressing area, all marble and mirrors. further down there was a door to the master bedroom at the end of the hall. I opened it to find a gigantic waterbed, television, stereo fridge, mirrored ceiling, It looked like something on the top floor of the vegas hotels. I checked the bedroom closed for the privacy safe the hotel had promised me... all set. I opened my duffel bag, took out a small glass vial, and locked the rest up in the safe. I went into the master bathroom, opened the vial and placed a 6- inch line of cocaine on the counter. "Wow, I've been needing this for a while," I said out loud, produced a small glass tube from my pocked and proceeded to inhale the entire line....... "Good F'N Mornin", my brain seemed to say. I put the tube and vial in the drawer, took a swig off the Johnnie and headed back into the living room.
