Oh yeah, I can kind of see them on the box picture, PVC bindings though? The material is a little brittle and difficult to sew - stitching can be pretty awful...umm :eek: I hand sew because I break sewing machines - I confess.

The outside of the cuffs is PVC the inside is a fake fur and the straps joining the cuffs and around the outside to give it strength is the luggage type strapping and connected to that is Velcro to tighten them how ever you want......a metal clip so you can hook it onto chain or to each other......and a D ring on each cuff......and there was more of the strapping joining them but I kinda killed that LOL.......the cuffs themselves seem strong and don't cut into your hands as metal ones do and given I do thrash I much prefer these as I ended up with cuts and bruises from the metal shackles I have.
