I dont get to work from home usually, today has a different dynamic… so replacing that hour long drive to work with some madden and modern warfare

I used to love watching and still like watching Hubby play. He's always working hard so I love to see him shed the Mr Responsible cloak off and see him enjoy himself.

I know exactly what you mean. My Bernese Mountain Dog is in heaven in the cool/cold weather. He can lay outside in the yard for hours, and hours in the middle of a blizzard and we have to force him to come inside. Neighbors, I swear we love our dog, we aren't neglecting or abusing him!

This is a berner and a berner Lab mix...... But they'll be not so peppy when it's 80 this afternoon but they really wanted to chase squirrels and geese at the park today

This is a berner and a berner Lab mix...... But they'll be not so peppy when it's 80 this afternoon but they really wanted to chase squirrels and geese at the park today

Oh yeah the heat just wrecks them! He'll essentially be panting from now until snow flies again in November But at least yours gets excited at the sight of the local wildlife, mine doesn't even notice them, but he's an old pup living out his twilight years enjoying still believing he's a perfectly sized 140lb lap dog

Oh see Rocky is a little guy berner wise...he's only just over 100 lbs ...he's two so just growing up. The half lab has lab energy soooo

So I've been walking these two 2-3 times a day for a couple of months to keep them out of the yard. They trashed it during the winter and I'm trying to let it heal and fix it ....plus it's muddy paw season .....

But yes especially Rocky would lay out there for hours when it's cold and snowy. Summer though? He walks out, pees, comes right back to the AC

That is funny, you have seen my dogs on here, but they love the sun… the summer we have to call them in just so they hydrate then they are right back outside.

Exactly! He prefers the fresh air and silence outside over the chaos of five tiny gremlins terrozing the house...I mean, we can't blame them I wish I was outside living the lounge life too!
