I found watercolors to be so difficult. Definitely not my medium of choice

It's definitely polarising. For me it was the perfect medium. I much prefer subtractive media over additive.

Currently I play with acrylic paint. No skill, I just enjoy putting paint on canvas and seeing what I can make. Sometimes it's pretty, other times it's painted over.

The funny thing is, I was planning on doing art today, I was going to do ink own sketches, but now im wondering if this is a push for watercolors.....

Its juat gonna be Disney princesses .... nothing fabulous and fancy

I haven’t painted in decades. I loved oil painting back in high school. I’ve always said I wanted to start up again…..maybe when I retire or the kids are grown.

Experimenting and playing with the medium is often the best way to learn about its nature. Once you learn about some techniques, it's pretty easy to start with a sketch and layer over it.
