I tried growing tomatillos to preserve but I didn't get enough fruit from my harvest. The store bought one is just not the same. Not to mention that tomatillo are still kinda niche in Aus so pretty expensive.I am grilling pork short ribs. Nothing special for seasoning. Just salt and pepper.
Then I'm going to sauté it in a tomatillo and serrano salsa. Serving that over a small bed of buttery white rice. I already made the masa for flour tortillas and will be making about a dozen so hubby can take some in the morning.
