How was your day?

Pretty chill. Did some sketching and writing planning for my story. Went wedding dress shopping with a friend (going to her wedding in October so wanted to coordinate my suit) and then got dinner with her and a few friends. Matcha ice cream for dessert was the highlight.

That...exactly. cross training definitely counts. Because of my distances I count my walking miles (not on Strava but in my head lol)....walking matters a ton when you start getting over 100 miles
