I think the intelligent/nerdiness is due to it fundamentally being an erotic literature site. I think at least 90% of people came here initially because of the stories. The forums might attract more neuro spicy people because in a lot of ways, it’s easier for us to socialize like this than in person. I think we all skew more introverted, too.

I'd say it might be true for some, but I feel like I've observed just as many folks that have none of those characteristics.
