I have never met anyone in my life that's said that..... However,I'm pulling this one piece out
I watched an Insta reel today about phrases only said in MN
"for crying out loud" was one of them on the list of 5
who else has heard this?? I truly didn't think it was just a MN thing!
Where do we sign up for the Mexican vulgarities and sexual innuendo linguistics intensive?I have never met anyone in my life that's said that..... However,
Mexicans have something similar. We say, "Que la chingada." It literally means "What the fuck," but we use it almost universally. Ask any other Latin American country and they look at Mexicans like we're freaks. Our entire culture is nothing but phrases with double meaning and sexual innuendo.
Hang out with enough Mexicans and it's freeWhere do we sign up for the Mexican vulgarities and sexual innuendo linguistics intensive?

I think you should teach lit users Spanish - the phrases we all need anyway! Not even close.
Family gatherings are insanely funny. The underhanded insults, the jokes, the nicknames that you "earned" when you did something stupid.![]()

Good morning to youJeeeeeeeeez what a start to the day.
Morning all.
Oh I truly do enjoy that, sounds a good place to be, will bring best swiss chocolate or cheese!?Welcome to The Cozy Corner - a soft little world built from the minds of @Shymidwestgirl and myself. It’s been carefully curated for comfort, connection, and just a touch of magicThink bean bags and overstuffed chairs you can sink into for hours, hammocks swaying somewhere between daydreams, and the quiet pull of beaches, lakes, and boats drifting under golden skies
A warm and welcoming place for you to hang your hat, crown, tiara or horns after a long day
The energy? Fun, flirty, and just a little feisty - banter that sparkles but never bites. It’s the kind of place where you can be a little bold, a little soft, and entirely yourself
There’s always something to sip or snack on here -wine poured generously,
treats passed around, and laughter that lingers a little longer than expected. We celebrate everything: holiday-themed parties,
cozy movie nights, and
book clubs that somehow turn into deep conversations and playful chaos.
Soft light lives here -tiki torches flickering,
candles glowing low, fairy lights strung just right so everything feels a little warmer, a little dreamier. It’s ambient and gentle, the kind of lighting that makes time slow down and conversations stretch. Cozy isn’t just a word here, it’s a feeling you sink into.
Everything whimsical has a place here, tossed together in the best way - comfort and curiosity, sweetness and sparkle. There’s even a baking corner tucked away, complete with a well-loved recipe book living inside a Lisa Frank binder, because… of course it is
Stay a while. Get cozy. Let your imagination wander![]()
