When Dexter said he'd show her how to use his handgun So long as if you use it against me, you don't make me suffer, Maggie laughed. "Don't so something that'll tempt me, then.
Then the asshole emerged from the pool naked and proud without any signs of hesitation in doing so. Maggie shook her head and laid her hand upon the handgun, saying with a smile, "You're tempting me, Dexter, and not in the good way."
Maggie knew she should have diverted her eyes, should have found something or someplace in which to feign interest. And yet her gaze moved from Dexter's cock to his face to his fit body and up and down again and again as he dried himself. She squeezed the muscles of her crotch as it let her know it was wetting itself for potential use.
That wasn't going to happen, though, no matter how much her body wanted it. She and Dexter had come to their agreement because, lust be damned, they were two people who had had very different lives, upbringings, social circles, and so much more; Maggie just didn't see the two of them being lovers right now, although, with the way the world was going, that might not last for long.
Maggie's lips spread, anticipating an addendum to their agreement on sex. But Dexter surprised her to no end with telling her he had people he wanted to bring to her home.
He spoke about supporting these strangers with his half of the property's resources, which made Maggie wonder Did we actually agree to split things 50-50?
Maggie considered Dexter's declaration and the implications of having more people up here on the bluff. Despite never having had to ration anything in her life, other than maybe the good champagne at charity parties thrown for mostly for people who weren't her social equals, Maggie had put pencil to paper and scheduled out the consumption of the food she currently had in the house. She'd estimated that alone she could maintain a balanced and acceptable diet for perhaps three months; after that, she would still have nutritional meals for another 3 or 4 months, although at times she would have to force herself to eat the offerings; and finally, she would be eating almost entirely out of cans, boxes, and bags that all had warnings on them about their calorie, fat, carbohydrate, or sodium concerns.
That had been alone. With Dexter here, that was obviously halved, though, he'd told her he might be able to supplement their protein with hunting. But with more people still?
"How many people are we talking about?" Maggie asked. His answer resulted in an expression of concern. "You saw my list in there. My inventory. We won't last long on that with that many people. What are they bringing with them? Food, water, drink?"
Dexter answered that, too. It wasn't much, of course; he'd told her they were starving down there, so Maggie was surprised they had anything at all. Then a thought came to her. "Remember Mister Hagen? The guy who leased the acreage to the west for his sheep and goats. When all of this shit hit us, a truck load of guys with dogs came out and rounded up his stock. They weren't working for him, I'm sure."
She drank from her beer and continued as she stood and gestured him to follow her to the railing at the west end of the patio. "I brought out that telescope Izzy liked to use to look at the moon and I found them."
She pointed into the distance. "Blue bard with the red top, just past that ridgeline and the canal. They've got them all rounded up there in a field, but I don't think they're just hanging on to them. The numbers have been getting smaller each day, and I think maybe their slaughtering them."
Maggie turned to Dexter, suggesting, "Are any of these friends of your what you would consider rustlers?"
She smiled as she sipped from her beer. Then, as Dexter was about to respond, she glanced down at his towel wrapped torso and said bluntly, "You've got a nice cock, Dexter."
Turning to walk back toward the house to get a bottle of water, she clarified her compliment with, "You're not going to put it in me, but ... I just wanted you to know that I noticed."

"Since we're partners now," Dexter said, "I have something on which we need an agreement."
Maggie's lips spread, anticipating an addendum to their agreement on sex. But Dexter surprised her to no end with telling her he had people he wanted to bring to her home.

"I will continue to protect you without asking for anymore for me and my friends."
