Okay, perhaps a little more info on Shasti is in order. Just to give our two lovely angels something to chew on. 
Kei and Yuri (trainee TC's at the time) were on a mission with Shasti and Deidre, two other 3WA TC's, to aprehend a viscious criminal called Lacombe. The 3WA had already lost two teams of TC's trying to catch Lacombe, so the Central Computer had decided to try something new. Shasti had been given a computer simulation of Lacombe's thought processes in an implanted datachip, a fifth personality, which could be called up voluntarily only (her other four personalities were switched automatically by her 'metaprogram'), to be better able to track him down.
However, after Shasti and Deidre caught up with Lacombe, Shasti killed him, then Deidre. The fifth personality had given her a way to break free of the metaprogram.
Then, she got the drop on Kei and Yuri, pretending that Lacombe's gang had got Deidre and badly wounded her, when she went back to them. She tied them up, and took Lacombes body and his ship, intending to make it seem as though he had kidnapped her. After shooting Kei and Yuri (believing them to be dead) she disappeared. However, the Lovely Angels were okay - Shasti had used one of Yuri's low-powered energy guns at short range, a model that was prone to malfunction - only stunning them.
The ship Kei and Yuri were on was later boarded by a rescue party. The Lovely Angels were still unconcious, their tops charred almost completely away by the gun blasts. One of the planetary police who found them took some photos, which ended up in 'Buxom Babe's #2'... 'Exclusive Hot pix: The 3WA's Lovely Angels, exposed! Kei and Yuri, they're nubile, naked, and bound to please!'... needless to say, Kei and Yuri weren't too pleased, and they think Shasti took those pics! As Kei said, "it was bad enough she shot us and left us for dead, but those pics!"
After the mission, despite the unfortunate Shasti incident, was deemed a success, and the CC made Kei and Yuri full-fledged TC's.
