It had been a long week, long days. It seemed to Phil that the whole of his patient list had come down with some kind of virus or cold. He had been inundated all week, even his practice partners hadn't been able to help him clear his list. But it was Friday, he had done it, his waiting list was under control, he felt good about his achievements but very tired. He was definitely ready to meet his mates for a few beers at his favourite bar.
He had just one appointment left, a woman called Sue, she hadn't been to see him for a year or so but he vaguely remembered her, she was 36, quite attractive as he remembered, blond maybe (his favourite), something was making him look forward to seeing her. The appointment notes said that she needed an insurance medical, but he would know more when she arrived. He pushed the button calling the next patient and waited for her to enter his office....
