(BTW ... is it real whipped cream or the stuff out of the "can" that you're allergic to? Most of my partner's family are allergic to the stabilizers that they put in Reddi-Whip and the other over the counter stuff ... which means I get two desserts if we go out and there's whipped cream of questionable origin on hers. )
