This is an interesting topic. Im not a woman and I'm not claiming to be Henry Cavill or someone like that but I have attracted a fair share of women over the years and still do even as Ive aged. I guess what works for me is exercising frequently (4-6 days a week different muscles mixed with cardio) , good diet/plenty of water & basic hygiene.
