lol...my mom could cook, it's just that my pops always loved to be in the kitchenMSH2 said:My dad's the cook of the family, although I can give him a good run for his moneyMy mom's a terrible cook
My mom has a very short attention span and terrible short term memory. She'll make a stew and end up putting spices in it several times. Ending up with inedible gloop at the end. I learnt to cook young, it was that or starveBrightdawn said:lol...my mom could cook, it's just that my pops always loved to be in the kitchen
I plan on teaching my kids the joys of cooking...and baking...and all good things like thatMSH2 said:My mom has a very short attention span and terrible short term memory. I can bake, but its not a very macho thing to do really. besides, there's something restrictive about having to use a recipe that annoys me on a deep levelBrightdawn said:I plan on teaching my kids the joys of cooking...and baking...and all good things like that

Silly....

who says you have to use a recipe? Just throw in little of this and some of that, most things have the basic recipe, just play with it and see what yummy things you can come up withMSH2 said:I can bake, but its not a very macho thing to do really. besides, there's something restrictive about having to use a recipe that annoys me on a deep level![]()

Hows it going?
Nightbird said:MSH I have to disagree with you about baking not being manly..
What isn't manly about making something so well and so delicious that it gets your Lady weak and wet between the knees just from the smell of it and when it finally touches her warm slightly moist lips she erupts in euphoric taste bud all senses attack pleasure?

Almost as if he isn't talking about bakingMoonShadowLady said:this made me wonder what more you have in mind?![]()
