Yes, it's possible to check profiles on Lit, but there won't be any pictures unless you filled out a profile on the "story side" of Lit and not just the bulletin board.

It's hard for anyone to find someone when they are searching for specific things. Back when I was around 19-20 I was looking for other single bisexual women for friendships and possibly a relationship. It never worked out that way. I would get 10+ IMs or E-mails from married couples each day, but never a single woman. Finally, I broadened my horizons, met some couples, and had some good times.

It just takes patience, time, and usually not being too picky.
