I've written one story about an invisible ghost, an 18-year-old guy killed in a lightning storm and who after several weeks of being dead, begins to use his invisibility to spy on women in private situations.

The ghost in this story though doesn't 'participate' in any sex scenes, he just watches living people doing it. If you wanted to write a more voyeuristic story, a ghost narrator might be a good way of achieving it.

Plot bunny: A generic Mad Scientist gene-hacks ugly Jonathan and Jessica, making them invisible (but not undetectable). J&J fall in love by voice and touch and produce offspring who are genetically invisible and thus must be home-schooled. The kids are trained as spies and thieves with a sideline as sexual predators. Jonathan and his boys (18+ of course) pass on invisibility genes when they sneakily impregnate 'normal' women. Invisibility spreads through the population. Civilization collapses. Hilarity ensues.

She could be a ghost of someone he knew or just some interplanetary thing
Whatever the definition
She can physically pleasure him

But, at the same time he wonders if she is an invisible being or just a very intense imagination

I have done a srp about a male ghost who got to meet his love as she was reborn like 200 years later for her second life....It can be a very interesting line, and something I would be glad to do. Even with her being a ghost. The idea of he passing say 10 years ago, where he is trying to move on in life. That can be a very moving thing and deep for a writer.

I can see him having doubts about wanting to move on. To him he knows it is crazy to want to live in the past on what was, but the deep bond he had with her might be like a anchor to some of his happiest days of his life with her. He may be at some willing not ready to let her go, and questioning if that unwillingness is coming from his inner mind where he questions just how vivid the memory of what she did for him and how it made him feel, really has him questioning on if he could be happy with another woman. The internal argument he would have of is her ghost her, or just some part of his mind not letting go.

I'm unsure 'ghosts' in stories qualify as IPs (invisible persons). IMHO the IP lives and is likely horny. But without magic, what part of a human is invisible? If only the cells rearing their DNA, then all the microbes infesting and covering us are quite visible. Are mucus, gut contents, vaginal juices, and the non-sperm contents of semen visible then? Ewww...
