I'm feeling much better. Still having a hard time eating anything, and I've been sticking to very bland foods such as oatmeal and toast. The more I sleep the better I feel - I just woke up from another nap and it helped.
Yeah, you're also gonna wanna restore some of your electrolites and pottasium. Take it from someone who knows. Puking and diarhea will sap your body of both. You can buy some pottasium pills and gatorade, but banana's and orange juice are also high in pottasium. And frankly, I never could understand gatorade. Also, mint teas is great for an upset tummy. So's black liccorice, and anything with ginger in it. Most company's put a lemon type tea, and normally their's ginger in that.



I had a chat with a very nice lady on msn and I'm hopeful that we'll meet soon (just for coffee to start with), with the potential for further developments
