I want to share something my teacher for penalty law told us today and don't know where else to put it.
He took over a case, on the side of the victim, who signed a slave contract. I suppose they accuse the 'owner' of rape/abuse/etc.
The girl was 15 when she signed it. The man was 41. The mother knew of the relationship (I hope she didn't know about any slave contract/'BDSM' thing), and said she only realized it when seeing pics and videos.
My teacher seemed quite puzzled about this contract and wants to keep it as an absurdity.
I really wonder what kind of mother that is. And what kind of 'master'.
