Okay.. when you called the first time to have your password reset... I understood that. I empathized with you when you said that you'd taking the other option first but it was busy...

Then you called the second time... even after I directed you to the right number. I understand you cant log in and cant work without a working password.. but calling the wrong number twice isnt going to fix it. I dont have a magic button that makes them get off their asses and answer the phone just for you...

for you... and your non-isolated post and my own non-isolated post, we should... i dunno, is it punishment if we come up with it ourselves? and if i ask someone to post an idea, aren't they becomgin a part of the rule breaking problem? what an evil nasty vicious cycle.
