question of the day: (warning, mass use of the word "one")

if one does something they have been warned twice about doing, something not small but not big either, and then after one confesses this with tears and remorse et etc, and nothing happens... is one supposed to feel relieved that there is no punishment ensuing, becuase this one feels a tad bit confused.

not that i enjoy punishment at all. his punishments are something i NEVER enjoy. i try to avoid it as much as i can, but sometimes a little discipline is unavoidable. so where is it?

Does He accumulate the punishments or immediately hand them out? If He accumulates, then it just may be added to yours (or whoevers) next punishment.

Maybe not being punished is your punishment. Look how much energy you're putting out worrying about your punishment, or lack thereof.

I'm guessing you're feeling confused because there's been no "closure". If you get a punishment, then that's it - all over, in the past, and hopefully the infringement isn't repeated. If there's been no punishment, especially when there usually is one, then you're left feeling up in the air and insecure.

Maybe He just realized it may have been because of others around, and was giving that one, a little bit of leeway; due to them being there.

Sounds sorta like mine.. I post here and so does DrkSwrd.. but I am almost at 900 and he has 4 he lurks and I have rules and I cant violate those rules.. or face punishment.. We have a joint CM profile but I dont post over there..
