Taysa went to calm her brother then looked to the table. Explaining Dalavash would take care of her but it had to been something she ate or drank. Taysa look and her drink didn't look right. "Someone tried to harm her....look."she said.

Thankfully Dalavash's remedy worked and her fever was gone. She awoke later to find Torvis by her side. Karina reached out to him, "Dal."

Torvis said "sul!" stroking her cheek. When Taysa brought forth her findings the wolf's fury was awoken in Torvis. He stormed out of the room. Gathering all the serving staff. Taysa had seen her brother only this mad once when a exiled killed there father in battle with a poisoned dagger a weapon of no honor.

Karina frown when Torvis took off, Dalavash knew this was bad. Taysa immediately went after him. After a but Karina had Dalavash help her find Torvis. She was soon walked into a room and saw it tossed. "Dal."she said.

He had the waiting staff gathered "I failed to protect you." He turned towards the serving staff "the guilty party step forward now OR ALL OF YOUR KIN WILL BE DEEMED TRAITORS AND EXILED!"

Karina soon walked up and placed a hand on his shoulder. Once he looked to her, she placed his hands on his cheeks. "Dal."she said. The staff stirred before a young girl was pushed forward, they claimed she did it.

Torvis took a calming breath looking into Karina's eyes he turned to the young girl "tell me the truth and not what the others want you to tell me. WAS this you." His tone firm but the anger had melted away at Karina's touch and words.
Dalavash translated what was still foreign for Karina.

The girl hated how Torvis looked at Karina. She confess as she despised Karina as she was an outsidered. Confessing her love for her king and how she would be a better for him. Karina felt a ting of pain in her heart.

She gave Torvis a soft kiss before Taysa helped her to her chambers. Karina undressed and soon crawled under the furs.

When Taysa took Torvish he turned to the young girl "you will leave guards take her out of the village and to the wilds. If she attempts to fight or run from her exile kill her." He turned heading to his and Karina's chambers. He layed with her holding her "I gave her a choice take exile or if she fights she dies. One jealous wench doesnt mean the people haven't excepted you my sul."

Karina soon jumped feeling Torvis but soon settled in his arms. Nodding her head, as her body needed rest. "Stay....hold me."she said. The girl was ultimately killed as she tried to fight. Karina gave him a kiss before she settled.

Karina slept soundly though in the morning she still felt off. Giving Torvis a kiss before he got dressed. The handmadiens helped her before the pair headed down for the day. Karina stayed close to Torvis.

As they sat going over court affairs a kitchen maid entered. She bowed her head putting herself on the ground saying "my krier I'm sorry I worked with the svell in thr kitchens. Karina listened then looked to Dalavash who help her speak. She was forgiving and ask that a better eye be kept out. Knowing Torvis was still upset, she held his hand. They listened to the clan come forth with issues. After a bit they dismissed everyone and Karina looked to Torivs. "I know you are upset but I am okay."she said.

Karina wrapped her arms around his neck. "Dal."she said. But soon interrupted as Dalasvash came walking up to them. It was time to meet with the clans about the raiders.

Torvish sighed at the interruption. Leading Karina they entered the meeting room. Representatives from each clan where there. Talarok Torvish and Taysa's brother and leader of the Dragon clan said " Aw this must be Karina glad my brother finally found someone I was worried he didnt have the manhood to make a wife happy." Teasing his older brother the two looked similar in build but Torvish was a bit stronger. The other clan heads said "this isn't a family reunion my King and Krier we must discuss the raiders." Torvish nodded and said " what have the scouts reported?" A tall stern faced woman leader fo the the Bear clan said "seems these raiders may just be the advanced forces of a army brewing past our borders. Looks like there plan is try to conquer us on there way through to Aradal. Torvish sighed " then sound the war banners I want each clans soldiers ready to be organized and gathered under banners."

Katina giggled softly form his brother's comments. Listening before they began to discuss everything. She grew worried as she didn't want anyone to get hurt. Looking to Dalavash as they spoke. Karina was wondering if she should ask her father for help, a deal. Ships for supplies or soldiers.

After the meeting the clans souldiers would be gathered. Stationed near the boarder for now to make sure this wasn't a full scale war like the clan leaders feared. Dalavash gathered a mug of ale from a cup bearer downing it as he said "We have staved off full war for three generations. Now under my rule were facing it. Do they think were weak because of our supposed primitivity or do they feel the current king is the weak link." Looking at Karina as he forced a smile.

Karina thought for a moment, "First option.....even if I was not here.....Torvis would be the same." She looked to Torvis and smiled a bit. " I need a horse or carriage ready. Time I visit home... she said.

He looked at Karina "are you sure Dalavash can handle reports you wont travel alone. Ill be coming with you. Do you think our southern neibors would offer aid were seen as just a barrier to them. THe savages that invaders have to get to first to reach them."
