The Last Daughter of Krypton II (OOC)

She's Cameron Chase, and she's Anya from "Buffy."

She's Anya from "Buffy," and she's Cameron Chase!

Did you wish really hard?

Not like that, shut up!

Interesting that J'onn can phase objects with him.

I hadn't considered that power for some reason, I've always had him eschew technological devices because they wouldn't shapechange or ghost with him.

White Martians.

Damn.

Not that this ghost in the machine wants to bolster your god-complex, but I think your Jaime Reyes is pretty damn nifty.

And considering how much I love "Young Justice," that is saying something.

Amen, have you been keeping up with "Agent Carter?"

This week's episode name-dropped Broxton, Oklahoma.

Just thought you should know.

People have told me that I am not a god before and I just look at them and say; "Prove it."

I do kind of think that the burden of proof would be on the deity in question.

Hypothetically, anyway.

Ah, but how do you define the limits of a gods power, or the limits he might impose upon himself? What if I vowed never to do any parlor tricks for the closed minded, or to ever offer any proof, thus insuring doubt and the incentive to faith?

What about signs and wonders to inspire your first crop of believers and to form the legends that comprise your holy scripture?

Not much cop as a god if you don't have any of that.

You really can't prove I am, or am not, a god. I may claim responsibility for events that take place and you really couldn't prove empirically that I had made a false claim. You just can't prove a negative...or disprove one.

Well, no, of course not.

But you'd be just as disappointing to people who want to believe as every other god or savior or prophet who just turned out to be a sham, and that makes me sad more than a little.

Rather than the one who claims to be a god and then utterly fails to change the world, I prefer the one who refuses to make any such claim to be any such thing, and then turns out to be a messiah all along. But that's just me.

Be the change that you want to see. Be the savior you dream of. I do not actually think I am a god, I don't even think I'm a good human most days. But the point is...one person's crazy might be another persons truth. It all depends on perspective.

Shut up!

I have not been watching that show.

Guess I've been missing some things.

I shall forthwith call Mjolnir to mine hand!
