This makes me so nervous.

Yes, I did get a genuine sense of danger from the epic wide shot at the end there, but M. Night is so hit-or-miss with his shtuff, I'm so scared he's going to ruin it dead.

It's kind of like having Matthew Broderick play Inspector Gadget. (Still not quite sure how to take that.)

Signs, Sixth Sense, The Village, Unbreakable all pretty much kicked ass for me.

I even liked The Lady in the Water.

But the last one, the one with Marky Mark, I forget the name of it (that's how bad it was), just didn't do me right.

Signs was okay. Sixth Sense was fucking brilliant. I never saw The Village.

I had to watch Unbreakable twice before I decided I liked it, and it was about superheroes, which for me, I shouldn't have needed twice.

Any movie that starts in with mass suicides right out of the gate, I'm not digging that, I never watched The Happening either.

Well, it wasn't 'happening' for me. The trees were pissed off at us. Didn't work for me. I had a tree in my yard that got mad at me once. Know what I did? Well, I own a Stihl chainsaw. And it's got a mean-ass, sharp blade on it.

Ok, so Tears, I think I left Dale and Edmund on the Kent's porch.... Not sure if you realized they were there or what not. Um. So yeah. Anyway, not really sure that there is much for Merick to say or do at the moment, but hoping that will change soon.
