It's been kind of implied that she has a history with John Constantine, he called her "Zed," but that's not set in stone, and she's never appeared directly.

Wyld played her. She did say she was taking a break from RP threads, but I wouldn't jump to any conclusions, either PM her or wait 'till she says something in here before you jump on that.

I played Constantine until he took Ted "Wildcat" Grant back to Themyscira, ostensibly to reunite with Hippolyta. I wasn't looking to pick him back up again, but I could if you really wanted.

Well, like The Doctor from "Doctor Who," he doesn't believe in magic... but I'm pretty sure Terry is as human as they come.

Besides, "The Doctor" in DC-multiversal continuity is someone else entirely, and I'm pretty sure there's been more than thirteen...

Is she just coming into town, or had she shown up during the Three Month Gap?

If she's just coming into town, I might suggest she would visit The Kawatche Caves first of all, it's an intersection of ley-lines and as a magical being she'd be drawn to that sort of thing. I could have Alfred stop by there to talk to her on his way back to Gotham for the week.
