Reading Supes' response in context, I think he is writing presumptive, meaning Bruce will stay in the classroom "until Var-Sen asks him to leave".

In other words, if Var-Sen doesn't ask Bruce to leave the room, then Bruce won't leave.

I don't think Superman1496 was writing in the context of having been asked to leave by Var-Sen.

Ok, with the current plotline we are exploring a superhero slumber party at Wayne manor, correct? (It's been a long day, I could be reading it wrong) but if that is the plan, I think DC has replaced New York with G=otham. & I don't think our respective parents will let us go to the east Coast for a sleepover.

(then again this is a comics thread in a comic book universe, so we can do what we want, but this seems a stretch)

anyway, this is just my observation. i'm gonna go back in my corner now & read more comic books.

I think the way Supes is working it is that The Waynes have multiple homes, and that Thomas spent some time in Smallville earlier in his life. So this present Wayne Manour at which we'll be staying? Theoretically? Is in Smallville.
