I was going to write a post where the team arrives at the crater and then calls Lex, but I had to go for concision, I was under pressure for time.

And Lex would retain his composure, I think. But he would probably reject any claims of Thor's divinity, attributing his powers to the same "alien menace" against whom Lex is already doing battle.
