I would say when you go back out to lay on your front, legs spread apart a bit more than normal and adjust your sarong so the slit is pretty much showing your entire leg and if the breeze pick up you risk the sarong blowing up and exposing your ass.

This is a tame suggestion but i know from personal experience a few days days ago that it works. If you can do this at work then great. If not, then any other time would work just as well.

1. Wear a baggy top with a large neck hole.
