Ooc:I was thinking about what we've done so far, and thought that what I wanted to happen would happen around dawn or so. I gave everyone that much time... here we go.
By two o clock in the morning, the dogs and search parties had given their reports back to the prison camp, nothing to report. No footprints, no one captured yet. Nothing. The only team that didn't respond was a group in the Northeast quadrant. So, Germans sent another team and dogs to check it out.
By three they had found the bodies, and a few dogs aimlessly wandering. They knew the escaped prisoners had gone Northeast. They concentrated their search Northeast.
After an hour of searching they could find no real trail. Whoever it was had covered their tracks well. It wasn't until four in the morning when the muffled trail of two men, one injured and helping another was found. They followed it, leading out to the road to town.
A farmhouse of theirs was nearby. They tried to contact the german's at the farmhouse, to see if anything had happened, but got no responce. Two teams were sent. They had their men and women now.
So, here, at daybreak, dawn reaching out with tender golden fingers to touch the newfound snow on the ground. The attack was beginning. Apart from the SS who had taken the road in front, trying to cut them off from anything else, two teams of eight were standing by in the forest, ready to see where their enemy was.
There, they stuck. One group went out to help the other germans, the SS. They were deadly, ready, and eager for a fight. They moved with smooth slick inteligence that only the germans had known.
The other group went for the house, taking it at several points. The opened window, crashing through the door. One of them even climbed the roof and went towards the second story.
They had found their prisoners, and would not let them escape this time.
(now the fun starts)
