Hey everyone, i was just trying to read up on this subject for personal use and I cant seem to find any concrete info on it. I looked through the "blank manual" but couldnt find it. I found allot of stuff for kegals (sp?) but none for the mans side of the equation.
So, my question is this, what is the best way to make it stronger? What type of exercises should you do and how often? Moreover, if any guys who have some experience with this, speak up! I would appreciate it. Just wondering if its all its cracked up to be.
