Hey everyone, i was just trying to read up on this subject for personal use and I cant seem to find any concrete info on it. I looked through the "blank manual" but couldnt find it. I found allot of stuff for kegals (sp?) but none for the mans side of the equation.

So, my question is this, what is the best way to make it stronger? What type of exercises should you do and how often? Moreover, if any guys who have some experience with this, speak up! I would appreciate it. Just wondering if its all its cracked up to be.
 
You flex the muscle the same way you would to cut off your urine flow.

You flex the muscle and hold it for ten seconds... Release... And repeat.... Doing this for about three minutes a day will help strengthen the muscle.

The two benefits of a stronger pc muscle are the abilities to hold back on ejaculation and to maintain erections for a longer period of time.

Oh, and if your woman gets off on the sight of you lifting weights without your hands, that's perhaps an added benefit. :D
