Realizing her rants were having no impact, Chris gave up with this hopeless man and walked over to a nearby window, hopping up on the sill to examine the outside. She looked down, curiously. Maybe if she just skirted down the ivy on the side of the house, she would be free. Sure it meant being outside naked, but hey, it was outside. She pawed at the window, trying to communicate her plan, hoping he understood.

Began to stare at her ass as she leapt around the room, soon finding that his eyes were becoming locked onto that spot; was this The Mansion, or just pathetic masculinity.

"You can't go outside, your nude." Why did he have to explain such basic ideas to the girl, "We need to go exploring, find a way of getting you back onto your feet... so to speak"

 

[Makitsu_Trinity]

She rolled her eyes at this hopeless, pathetic sack of testosterone and pressed a paw to the window. Quickly, though, she pulled back as the glass gave way under her touch. She pressed again. Maybe she didn't need his help. She pushed a little harder and her paw went through. Delighted, she slowly began pushing her head through, but suddenly panicked as she felt her body being sucked into the window. Fear burst through her as she waited for the inevitable plumet two or more stories to the ground.

Instead, she simply somersaulted onto a cold marble floor. Looking up, she found herself facing a huge ornate throne. The throne had to stand a good twenty feet high. What kind of man would need such and enormous seat? 'Hopefully,' Chris thought skeptically, knowing the minute she thought it, it would happen, 'Not an enormous man.

Looking down, she was relieved to see she was once again human, and finally clothed, though what she wore left little to the imagination. She found her body draped in scarves and bangles, like some exotic dancing girl. She huffed, knowing there was no point in questioning what was going to happen to her. She was out of control, literally and not by choice.

She heard a loud sound coming from far off, and tried to locate a hiding spot, quickly.

Thomas watched as the girl evaporated into the window, her bottom leaving a little ache of regret in his chest. Perhaps The Mansion was being kind, letting him sleep with something quite as sexy as that; the curves were perfectly distracting.

He began to explore the room and soon found a little box labelled with his name. The Mansion always returns your belongings, eventually. It was one of the unwritten rules that he had picked up, being a week long veteran of this obscure Wonderland. Putting his clothes back on, and checking his vials and beads, he began to explore the nooks and crannies of the study.

The books took his attention...

Meanwhile, Chris, who was anxiously watching the window she had just fallen through, wondered where her mysterious stalker was. She didn't have long to contemplate the thought, however, as the ground suddenly began to shake in rhythmic bursts, signalling, it seemed, the approach of something rather unpleasant.

Chris peered out from behind the drape she had found to hide in. Before her now sat a man of such monstrous proportions she couldn't help but to squeak in fear. In horror, she watched as the giant's head turned in her direction.

"Ah, my little doll has arrived," his booming voice announced. Chris slapped a hand over her mouth, but somehow she knew it was too late. Especially as a mouse (vial creatures she intended to make sure were murdered in mass numbers if she ever got out) about the same height as her marched up and grabbed her elbow, leading her forward. The mouse, astonishingly, was dressed as a palace guard, which made Chris gape, causing her to momentarily forget what the mouse's mission was and that was to deliver her to the giant.

As she was hit with this reality, she couldn't help but to merely stand there, knees knoking in fear.

Thomas had no idea as to what was occuring within the Giants Chamber - one of many - and so he began to read through the books on the shelves.

Sebastian meanwhile waited at the door. He had seen one of Chris' friends wander by looking a little flustered, but practically fine, a little shorter perhaps. He had gone to ask her if she was OK, but the lady had vanished into another room before he could utter a syllable. Smiling at that he wondered if any one else would arrive at The Mansion.

The Book was a medieval romp full of swashbucklers and damsels in distress. Thomas enjoyed this moment of tranquility amongst the chaos, wondering whether he should try and find the lady with the luscious curves. He had tried times before in this week to help people, but it always ended this way. Perhaps lone wolf was the key.

 

[Makitsu_Trinity]

The newcomer came waltzing boldly through the front doors, as if she owned the place. She knew about places like this. She'd been to a lot of them and couldn't pass up an opportunity at seeing a new one. Such was the way with spoiled little Lindsay Barlow.

She tittered at Sebastion for some time, informing him of how trivial his little "maze" would not stump her. She quickly gathered the materials she heard she'd need, and wandered off to prove this place was no different than any other.

Chris shied away from the booming voice of the giant as he addressed her. "Ah, my little dancer. It is good to see you. Surely you remember you were meant to entertain me this evening."

Chris, sick of being pushed around by this house and its rather unusual occupants, suddenly jutted her chin out and stared directly at the giant. "I remember no such thing," she countered saucily.

A gasp rippled through the room, as if hundreds more people were hiding in the shadows. The giant looked stunned for a moment, before sitting back in his chair. Chris was terrified, but she stood her ground and tried to conceal her trembling bottom lip.

She jumped almost out of her skin when he suddenly burst out laughing.

Thomas continued reading his novel, before chucking it aside onto the shining surface of the desk. It slid along before clattering to the floor.

"Great."

Grabbing the book, he put it back amongst the other tomes, tales and stories of yore, heading to the nearest door - to his right - to continue exploring. The room seemed to be one of the safe ones and even though that meant he wouldn't suffer transformation, shrinking or god knows what else, it did mean he wouldn't be able to find food in this place. That was his next challenge.

He grabbed the crystal handle of the door...

Lindsay skipped her way down the hallway. She seemed not to have a care in the world. All her worries were cared for by the tall silent man that followed behind her.

"Oh come along now, James," the small girl chided. "the least you could do is pretend like you are enjoying yourself." She paused and twirled on her toes to face him, her hands on her hips, and her chin jutting out defiantly like the spoiled princess she was. "With that sour look on your face all the time, it's OBVIOUS you're just a body guard; not my date like Daddy said you'd be."

Cord was more than excited. It was written plainly in his wide, golden eyes, the slight drop of his mouth as a gasp escaped. He held a daring love for the theatrical, the flamboyant, the gaudy. The Mansion that stood before him promised all of that and more.

He wasted no time getting to the door, running from his car on toothpick legs. He had to skid to a stop inside so as not to run into the butler. He gave the man a lopsided grin, looking much like a child in a candy store.

"Where do I start?" he asked, flipping purple bangs out of his eyes. He bounced on his heels, fingers tapping against his thigh. One step in and he already felt like an addict. An addict very ready to cause trouble.

Sebastian peered at the 'boy' who had run into his presence with the steely half-smirk of a butler who knew a rapscallion when he saw one. With a little boy he gestured over to the table where the box of trinkets and the leaflets lay.

"Good day sir." The voice, mellifluous as anything; molten silver came to mind, as did the smell of some orchids, "Across here is the kit you will acquire to navigate The Mansion. The leaflet lists the rules, whilst the box contains.... equipment." He decided not to explain this time the vials and the beads, and hoped the boy with the little manners would find out for himself, at the wrong time no less.

The rules were the same as before however:
1) The rooms are not meant for your size
2) Your size is not meant for the rooms
3) In relation to the first two rules, things can change to accomodate
4) Do not be afraid if you leave a different person
5) Do not be afraid if you don't leave
6) Stay as long as you please, leave donations to keep The Mansion alive, for it is alive, in a sense
7) Watch your step

Stepping aside, foot tapping the floor a little impatiently, he motioned to the door to the far right of him, "It will lead you through into the main close room, where many may gather for the initial meeting. I suggest you begin there."

 

[Kehvar]

((Not to worry. There is more to life than the internet. Or at least that's what they tell me.))

Cord's shameless nature caused his grin to widen at the butler's obvious impatience. He wondered if he stayed there but a few more moments if the man would try to push him on his way.

With a light-hearted laugh, he decided not to test the theory and gathered the things set on the table. He bowed to the man, somehow making it a flippant gesture, "You have my most gracious thanks, good sir."

He took a few steps toward the aforementioned room but with his hand on the doorknob he changed his mind. Heaven forbid someone help him make a decision. He turned and went to the staircase.

Halfway up, he let out a yelp of terror and delight as the staircase began to take him down of its own accord. He tried to turn and fell to his back as he slid closer to the floor. Braced for impact but refusing to close his eyes, he laughed out of happy fear as the floor opened up and sucked him down.

With an 'oomph' he landed straight on his ass, yelling out with a playful lilt, "Could have been more gentle, ya know!"

Sebastian merely smiled, "You may try that way sir if you wish, it usually works for the other guests. The Mansion does have a life of its own and may have plans for you, so to speak."

As he finished, a little 4ft nothing of a maid came and stood next to the butler; she was obviously out of breath, her bosom rising and falling against her uniform in gorgeous rhythm. Organising stray hairs across her eyes, she made herself more presentable.

"My dear girl, what is it? The Mansion does not care for young ladies who do not find themselves in fine order." He meant this literally, not figuratively. In other circles it would have meant "the people of The Mansion wish you to be presentable" but in this case it literally meant the building liked having fine occupants.

For a moment the tiny lady merely caught her breath, before whispering something to the butler.

Christina Riley

Chris looked up, stunned by the man's blunt, forthcoming attitude, which only inspired her to be more bold in her attempts to escape his presence unscathed. She spread her feet and let her arms fall loosely to her sides. She felt jangling as gold bracelets fell down her thin arms and as she shook her bright hair out of her face, her ears jangled with matching gold earrings. She was curious and wished to look in a mirror, but, remembering what happened LAST time she found one, she quickly changed her mind.

"Look, I don't remember agreeing to meet with you, nor did my father mention anything about you, so with that being said, I shall take my leave." She turned on her heel, intent on exiting through the same window she had come in at, but found her way barred by two of the burly, soldier-acting mice. She huffed and tried to skirt them, but they skittered into the way. She turned as if to walk away then spun back and bolted, only to have the breath knocked out of her as the mice stopped her mid-flight, pushing her back so she fell on her rump. "Oomph," she huffed.

"You will have to fulfill your assigned task before you will be allowed to leave this place," the giant answered as Chris rose to brush herself off. "The Mansion demands it."

Chris huffed irritably. She was starting to get frustrated, and lonely, and afraid, but on top of all that, she realized she hadn't eaten in a while, nor had she had time for her mid-morning nap. Still, it seemed the only way she'd make it out of HERE was to please the giant, though how, she did not know.

Sebastian knelt down towards the Maid and looked rather shocked, and not the good kind, even if he did maintain that air of command and grace.
"The lady has found The Mouse King?" He shook his head as the Maid hiccuped, dropping a little in height again, "And you found The Room of Little Belongings?" The Maid nodded enthusiastically, hiccuping again and dropping a smidgen in height once more, "Oh dear." He chuckled a little at that and motioned over to the boy, "Could you help us out?"

Lindsay Barlow

Lindsay huffed, having given up on her hopeless "date" a while before. She hadn't even turned to face him since her little outburst. She hated talking at him like that and wished that just once he would respond, whether in anger, frustration, gratitude, it didn't matter. She just wanted SOMETHING. She sighed and continued walking. This place was so beautiful and she wished she had been allowed to bring her camera to snap a few shots and bring them home, but the Mansion had a firm "no photographs" policy.

"Must be afraid that some properly taken pictures would reveal the techniques used to bend reality," she mused quietly then couldn't help laughing. Her next mission after enjoying her fair share of this location would be to hire a team of expert myth busters to come and crack the secrets of this place, though as of yet, she was yet to see the allure of it. She paused to look out a window that overlooked the expanse of gardens that stretched for acres and acres, growing everything from fruit and vegetables of any variety to flowers, both from cold, rainy Northern Europe all the way to the hot, humid climates of the Amazon.

She leaned her head against the window, wondering if there would be somewhere for her to sit soon. She was growing weary of just walking around a giant house with nothing to do. Looking first up then down the hall, she opened the window, hoping to catch a draft of cool air to dissipate the stuffiness of the old house. She was stunned as a blast of chilly air, mixed with snow and sleet, batted her in the face and she peered into what appeared to be a blizzard. At that same moment, a huge gust blew in, grabbing hold of her blonde curls and blue sundress, pulling her into the heart of the storm, the window slamming shut behind her screaming form before she had a chance to alert anyone nearby.

Thomas looked into the next room he had opened up into to find a woman sat in the middle of a small pile of snow,
"So you found The Tropics?" He murmured over to her, keeping quiet in the practically empty though small-ish room. The lady looked like she had just been dropped out of the snow the window to the Tropical Garden liked to steal people away with; never seen someone dropped here before though. "It does that sometimes. Othertimes it just makes you chilly."

Cord had just begun to try and tackle the staircase once again, ignoring the first words of the butler. He'd had his mind made up, after all, and set stubbornly on what wonders the next floor could hold.

When the man asked for help, however, he turned to face the butler. An amused smirk replaced the pout that had come upon him during the bout with the stairs as he walked over and looked the maid up and down. "Help for a butler? Perhaps not. I have eyes for only one man, and he isn't here. But ladies are a different story. They're much prettier," he winked. He hardly tried to be disrespectful- it was simply in his nature to be a brat of a young man.

Chris wondered what he meant, until the strains of music met her ears, reminding her of a time long ago when her mother had forced her into dance classes. She wondered what kind of music flowed from the room, engulfing her in it's thumping strains, feeding up through her feet, twisting up her legs, making them relax, and vibrating her torso, pushing her hips back and forth. As the music continued flowing through her, it found release by coming out of her hands, making her arms rise above her head, her wrists twisting and turning, stirring the now heavy air. Slowly, her arms began to drop, sliding sensually down her sides, over her skin, up her stomach and full breasts, pausing at her shoulders as her hips continued to sway in time with the music.

Her mouth fell open slightly, her breath coming in pants as she danced on. The full, blooming roses were damp as she continuously licked them. Her eyes were half closed as she stared incredulously at her body as it twisted and writhed in a dance of seduction, drawing attention from the whole room as she slid down to the floor, onto her knees, twisting her torso and her arms, loving the attention, and wondering where this new-found drive came from.

The girl held her breath. Puffed out.

Nothing mattered now but warming up her core, but even that seemed to great a task to tackle. There seemed no point.

She continued to stare and her bottom lip began to quiver, a single tear falling down her cheek, turning to a crystal of ice at the point of her chin. With a crackling sound, she felt herself grow stiff as if freezing slowly. When she looked down, she saw her elbows and shoulders were now jointed as if she were nothing more than a giant doll. Now he was finding the remains of wanderers in these halls every other day. Pulling off his shirt he wrapped it around her, wondering whether temperature still effected the doll-woman, "The hell is going on here?"

Lindsay turned her face to his, her movements jerky and stiff as she spoke in a mechanical way, her voice sounding more like the strains of a rusty music box than those of a young woman.

"Hello, Master." Another lone tear trickled down her face. "How may I serve you? Perhaps I could sing for you. Or maybe Master would fancy a dance from his little doll."

He shook his head, letting out such a huge sigh. "No, none of that now." She pulled her towards the door, away from this room, which may have compound effects with the snow. "None of that..."

With a kick he got the door open, the study still on the other side thank god, just has he had left it. He kept coaxing her towards him.

"It will be my pleasure," Cord gave a small bow to the shrinking maid. He tried valiantly not to bubble over with happiness at the sight of it. He was glad to say that he'd never seen such a thing, for he loved finding new experiences.

As he followed Jessica, he opened the box and fiddled with first one bead and then the other, swirling them between his fingers. "Might I ask what they are supposed to do, Miss? Or is it a puzzle?" he smiled at her cheerfully, oblivious to her plight.
