I was about to say 9&1/2 Weeks too, although for me it's the scene where she's masturbating while watching slides for work or something ... I remember that being one of the first times something in a movie made me squirm a bit ... in a good way.
 

My particular "go to" arousing film scene has been, since 2001 (!), has been and will be (sigh) the love scene between Naomi Watts and Laura Harring in the David Lynch film."Mulholland Drive". I do agree with and have "enjoyed" quite a few of the others mentioned here, but this one always brings me to the edge .... and erotically over it.

Personally, I am a fan of the subtle eroticism of the scene with Kathleen Turner in Body Heat. There is, for me, a deeply erotic quality to her face anyhow. The film contains two of the most erotic lines that I can ever remember hearing in a mainstream picture:
