Mine's done and ready to post, but it's a bit of an odd story. What it does do is, for the first time in any of my tales, mention National Nude Day. Dismissively, but it does mention it.

I'll be curious whether it finds an audience, given its not really a typical story. I've got another one in progress that'll probably qualify, but it's meant for Summer Lovin'.

What I'm working on is, so far, a tepid mess. 3k+ words of vignettes, flying out in all directions, with a dubious start and an unknown finish. The only thing this has going for it, really, is four women gearing up to go nude in public for the first time. So, of course, writing this is my absolute top priority.

If her nudity is a significant part of the story, I'd say yes. But it might be fun to find a way of making her visible and exposed from time to time. Is the idea that to be fully invisible she must be fully nude? If so, maybe make it so she can only be invisible for a limited amount of time, and sometimes she finds herself becoming visible and nude in awkward locations. Regardless, it sounds like it would work for the contest.

Mine's done, I think, pending input from a beta reader. 18.5K words, so probably about 7 LitE pages. I keep re-reading it and seem to find a minor glitch in the story line nearly every time. No typos or misspellings (first beta reader congratulated me on that), just stupid stuff like switching to 1st-person in a 3rd-person story, or missing steps in the action. Who knew writing stories could be so complicated?

Mine is done. Mostly. I'm also getting some feedback from a beta reader and debating a few minor changes to tighten it up.

I've been so back and forth with my own personal feelings on it but have decided I'm still publishing it.

I'll let readers be the final judge.

What a coincidence! A story popped into my head and insisted I write it but I was debating when to publish it. As the story is titled Nude Wednesday I think it fits here.

Just to be clear there is no requirement that I mention National Nude Day within the story? The story has partial and full nudity as major plot elements. I'm planning to publish under Ex-Vo.

No, no requirement to mention National Nude Day. I did in mine, as a plot point to "tweak" a FMC who was getting her first taste of public nudity.

Correct. Public nudity, exhibitionists, that sort of thing. You don't have to mention NN Day.

I'm still working on my reworking of that story I had to pull down. It's not as easy for the second time.

As usual, this thread is to SUPPORT and ENCOURAGE authors to enter stories in the 2023 Nude Day Contest. Get your characters naked and sexy.

There is an advantage to entering stories in one of Literotica's themed contests, apart from the possibility of winning, and that is that your story gets far more exposure and attention than it would normally do.

Some of that attention might be unwelcome, some abusive, but some could be appreciative and helpful.

Wait for Laurel's notice of the start of the contest as a sticky at the top of the Authors' Hangout before submitting and follow the instructions in that thread.

Note: It's important to add "NUDE DAY 2023" in the Notes to Admin field, so it gets on the list.

Can the stories be non-sexual, like a story I've read titled 'Rob & Kitty', which has no sex or anything?

Also, can we write the story without sex? Like with just the guy arousal and the women seeing the arousal, but with no sex?

Yes! Glad to see the support thread up, and thanks to my countryman RustyOzNail for his work on it. I write CFNM, so this is my fave contest of the year.
